ON DEMAND

AI precision. Human validation. Built for complex decisions.

Iterative intelligence workflows combining machine analysis with expert judgment.

How It Works

01

We Map the Decision

Landscape with you — identifying the key unknowns, the information gaps and the validation points required before you can move with confidence.

02

AI Layer Runs

Continuous analysis across the relevant domain. Findings are structured into clear, reviewable outputs at each stage.

03

Expert Network Validates

Challenges and refines each output in iterative loops until the picture is complete and the decision is de-risked.

What it is

For decisions that are too complex for a single session or a one-off report, we design iterative intelligence workflows that combine AI analysis with ongoing expert input. Each loop refines the picture — machine precision identifying patterns, human judgment interpreting what they mean. Designed for investment decisions, market entry strategies and high-stakes operational planning.

What You Receive

A structured, multi-stage intelligence process tailored to your decision

Continuous AI analysis with human expert validation at each loop

Clear documentation of assumptions, risks and confidence levels

A final decision brief consolidating all findings

CLIENT TYPE

General Partner, Deep Tech Venture Fund

SITUATION

The fund was conducting extended due diligence on a robotics company with operations across three Swiss cantons. The technology, regulatory position and management team all required independent validation before a CHF 45M Series B commitment.

WHAT WE DID

We designed a four-week hybrid workflow. Week one: AI mapping of the competitive and regulatory landscape. Week two: expert session with a former robotics division head at a Tier-1 Swiss manufacturer. Week three: secondary validation of the regulatory position with a cantonal compliance specialist. Week four: synthesis and final brief.

OUTCOME

The process surfaced a previously undisclosed cantonal permit issue that would have blocked the company's planned expansion into a fourth site. The fund renegotiated the term sheet with a milestone-based structure, protecting CHF 18M of the commitment until the permit was resolved.
